Yes, it's small and unassuming and maybe some folks don't think of it as an 'Outlet Center' because they're comparing it to the large, highly advertised, outlet malls,etc. It was my account for advertising for our local newspaper for years and I loved it. The Outlet Center in Brattleboro, VT is probably a little dearer to my heart than to some others.
